Not much to go on here, can you post the following information from the switch you cannot ping:

show interface g1/0/1 trunk

show interface g1/0/1 status

show spanning-tree root

show arp

sh int vlan714 status

show ip interface vlan 80

If you could also post from the 3850 core:

show interface trunk

show spanning-tree root

show arp

show mac address-table interface g1/0/6 (or whatever is going to the unpingable switch)

Can the two 2960s ping each other?

Thanks

Hi

I think your 3 Cisco 3850 are in stack, and you have like a triangle with the 2960X, right?

                    Cisco 3850 Stack

                     /                      \

       Cisco 2960X   ----- Cisco 2960X

You could execute show ip int brief  and see if the interface vlan 80 is UP UP on the 3 switches. Probably the VLAN 80 is not applied or passing through.
