CiscoView 5.5 problem.

Hi,

I've installed CiscoWorks 2000 LMS 2.2 already.

And other services work well. (RME, CM)

But I can't use CiscoView 5.5 to monitor all cisco devices on my network.

The error message is "Failed to receive response from server!

Problem Cause:

Server is not running, server is not reachable due to network problem or internal error occurs in server.

Recommended Action:

Verify server is operational and is reachable through the network. If problem persists, please contact cisco technical support."

Any one got the same problem?

And any suggestion to solve this problem?

I feel you could check if the system requirements as outlined in the documentation have been met. That just might be where the problem lies.
