On trying to perform the above using ciscosworks software management tool, I get the following error:
Internal Error: Image family type not defined for given device information.
Probable Cause: The chassis type and card information are not correct. Internal error in the system.Recommended Action: Contact your technical support representative for assistance.
The existing supervisor version is 6.1.1(b) and I am attempting to upgrade to 6.1.1(d). I have successfully upgraded supervisor code on numerous 4006's successfully. Can anyone shed any light on the problem?
