Configure Cisco in another country

Hi,

I have to configure a firewall in China.  I am in US and want to be able to configure the firewall in English but will have to purchase when in China.  Can I purchase an English language firewall and have it supported by CIso in China?  Or do Ihave to purchase a Chinese language firewall and have a smartnet purchased in China?
