Configure WIC2AM to support dialin for OOB management

This may have been asked/answered a 1000 times. I have a 1721 router with a WIC 2AM. I want to use one of the modems for dialin OOB management purposes. How do I configure the line?

Assuming you want to configure the second modem for OOB:

line 2

modem inout

transport input telnet

Additional you can enable authentication with the login command in the line config mode or you can enable aaa new-model in the global config mode.
