Configuring 7206VXR with ATM DS3 Co-Ax

I have 2 7206VXR back to back with the Co-ax DS3 cards connecting them.

Problem = when I bring up the interfaces and start to pass traffic along them my "packet success" rate goes down quickly. until the circuit is no longer able to pass any traffic.

any ideas ?

How much traffic are you actually passing ? I assume this is a lab scenario, perhaps testing the capabilities of these cards. Have you used any traffic generator equipment ? I think we need more details to understand what's happening.

we were using actual traffic. And at first the VC would come up and pass traffic 100% but then has traffic increased to about 15 % of the DS3 it woulld start dropping about 50 % of the traffic.

I will try and get all the configs.

Sorry I haven't responded earlier. Have you ever resolved the issue ? Could you please share the findings ?

And if not, what do you mean by "actual traffic" ?

You mean a production environment, people accessing Internet, other offices, any multicast, maybe VOIP ?

What kind of traffic ?
