Configuring ASA 5505 to allow connections from an Azure Virtual Network

Our on premise offices are secured by a Cisco ASA 5505 device and we are currently looking to create a Virtual Network in Azure and link this back to our on premise device. As part of the Virtual Network creation in Azure you are provided with a Device Configuration Script but I am unsure as to how to use this script to configure the Cisco device on our on premise. Is this a simple enough task to accomplish or is this something that would require a Cisco certified engineer to do?

If you have muitiple sites you need to do GRE tunnel (route based VPN) to Azure which ASAs do not support.

(You can kludge something on servers but with ASA its so painful to be unusable.)
