Connecting a CISCO 675 with a USB to Serial adaptor

How does one get USB to work with a CISCO 675 using a USB adapter? I tried to connect and got a com port but still could not get into the cisco.

only get com 3 & 4 no 1 or 2. any suggestions as I can not goto the home where the cisco is. I can only guide them through it on the phone and due to customer privacy.

You need to use a Keyspan PDA Adapter from your USB to a DB9.
