console not showing the "more" option. Only displays one page according to term length command?

I am consoled into a new switch, 3560, and when viewing the config, it does not give me the "more" option to display the next page.  I have changed the term length to see if that helps, and it does change the number of lines displayed, but it never gives me the "more" option.

Thanks

Please post the complete output to the command "sh term".

this is sh term.  I had set the term length to 400 so I could display the whole config.
