CPU HIGH on 3750-X, due to the processes: ARP input, Hulc LED Process, IP Input

Currently I have a problem with my cisco 3750-X switch which is registering a high CPU consumption constantly, apparently for no reason.

 

  This causes latency in the communication of my network. Since the switch works like CORE. The main tasks executed during this period are: ARP Input, Hulc LED Process, IP Input. I have several monitoring sensors, in which I observe that this is repeated from Monday to Friday almost all day, only on weekends is that it goes down a little and yet remains between 50-65% (on weekends nobody works in the place). Also I do not have the active debug, it has reached maximum peaks of 94% of CPU consumption.

I do not have ACL configured, and I work with static routes.

That's the bootstrap version.  What is the IOS version?

Looks like expected behaviour of the 12.2(55) train:

Either migrate to 12.2(58) (not recommended) or try the recommended 15.2(4)E7 as previously recommended.

Wow.  That's a pretty old firmware.  

What is the uptime and how many members in a stack?

The equipment is in stack (2 switches), and it has more than 50 weeks that it does not turn off, since it governs the operational continuity of the work site.
