Dear Freindzs

I am beginner to cisco contact center field. and like to learn more abt Cisco Call Manager(CCM or CUCM) Installation, troubleshooting & working. Pls refer me for some good docs.

Also plz let me know which is the suitable certification (if possible share paper code) for beginner in CCM.

about the suitable certification, CUCM technology is on Voice Track, so i think you can start with CCNA-VOICE, then you can go to CCVP or CCIE Voice. for further detail info, you can go to http://www.cisco.com/go/certifications
