SP2 is not officially supported. See the install Guide.

There was a thread about this a month ago on the OpenView Forum mail reflector where a former TAC enigineer said that TAC actually supports Win2k SP2. He even contacted TAC and got a confirmation. It seems that if you run into problems you'll still get the support from TAC.

See by your answer RIZWAN I beginning to be a little confused. Which is the right answer? I know Fourth Edition wasn't supported on SP2 when it was released.

It may work properly with SP2, but my statement was based on what's written in the install guide.

I installed ciscoworks 2000 (campus bundle) on a win 2k machine and it runs fine. Now, if I could only learn how to use the software, everything would be great!

i just tried it yesterday. it works fine. but dont forget to install patches.
