i have one doubt,
Just imagine i have two ISP ,name is ISP X and ISP Y .ISP X i'm connected to a PC name is PC1 and ISP Y is connected to another PC name is PC2.
Here PC1 computer i searched in google current time then it shows 7:10 PM .Same time PC2 i searched in google current time then it also shows 7:10 PM.
But i want to make ISP X network 1 minute delay than ISP Y network.It menace if i will search in PC2 current time in google it will shows 7:10 and same time I'm searching google in PC1 current time It has to show 7:09, like this i want to make it is possible to make
