Design HQ to BO (VPN)

We have one company which want to connect their BO to the HQ.

Right now they have just Smoothwall firewall for HQ and there is nothing in BO. They want to make VPN between BO and HQ, to use just one gateway (firewall - maybe Smoothwall) from that network, to split WIFI network from workstations and if it's possible to manage bandwidth between WS and WIFI networks (WS will have 10 Mbps and WIFI just 6 Mbps).

They want to know what is the best... Should they keep Smoothwall (Virtual with max 10 ports) or buy something else. They think about two options: 1. Meraki - MX250 (HQ) + Switch and AP (BO) + Cisco ASA 5505 (they have a couple of them sitting in the storage) or new MX64.   2. Keep Smoothwall + install ASA 5505 in BO

Hi, 

I don't know about smooth wall firewall. I suggest you check compare sheet and client requirement.

But Be honest, I will go with Meraki firewall instant of smoothwall. There are a lot off features which are not available in smoothwall.
