Does a cisco router have to be rebooted after disabling Telnet

I haven't worked with Cisco equipment in a while so I wanted to double check.

Do you have to reboot an old production router after disabling Telnet? I'm pretty sure you don't have to but I wanted to double check.

Thank you in advance.

Hi @Ryan333 ,

After disabling the Telnet service on Cisco devices (router, switch, etc.), it is not necessary to reset the device.
