E3000 router / USB data issue

Good Morning,

I'm having an issue with my E3000 home router. It has a USB port for data storage. The port itself works fine, as does the web based setup. The issue I'm having is that I'm connecting a dual bay storage device set up as JBOD. All 3 of my computers (2 Windows / 1 Mac) pick up both drives over the single USB cable, but the router only picks up 1. If I pull that drive out of the enclosure, it will then pick up the second. But it won't allow me to access both drives simultaneously. Is there a way to change it through the web based config to have it pick up both drives?

Thanks

Hi Shawn,

Thank you for your question. Your question relates to a Cisco Consumer Product which this community may not be able to help you with.

The best area for you to post your question would be at the Linksys by Cisco communty forums for routers.

Best regards,

Cindy
