Enable RCP on Cat OS and IOS

We have just implemented CW and are looking to enable RCP on the devices. I found some information in the link http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/477/RME/rcp.shtml#config-ios

But this only specifies IOS. Dos anyone have information on Cat OS? Also on the IOS, it shows :

username cwuser password 7 000C1C0A05

does it have to be cwuser? or can we assign it a different username? Does this username need to be configured on the CW server? Will this username then be used when we telnet to devices?

You can normally use whatever RCP username you wish, with the exception of Windows platforms... in that case, the SYSTEM user is used by the RCP daemon on Windows by default. The key is that the user 'allowed' by the rcp host daemon, is the same as the user trying to execute the rcp operation. If your CW server is a Windows machine, I would suggest setting the Catalyst machine to use SYSTEM as the rcp user.

Here is a link to setting the rcp username on a CatOS product (I chose the 6500, version 6.1 as an example):
