Etherchannel Across a stack

I have a stack of 4 2950G with switches 1 and 4 using a gig port as a uplink back to our 3COM core and the other gig ports used as uplinks between the switches.

Is it possible to set-up an etherchannel across this stack of 4 switches and if so how do I go about it?

I am afraid that this will not work. For an Etherchannel, you need at least 2 (gig)ports and these ports should be on the same device. Using a stack as described you will not have two gigabit ports available on one switch.

Thanks for the info, so is there no way of bundling gig uplinks that are on different switches in the same stack?

As far as I know, this feature is not yet available.
