On what type platform did this happen?

If you did it to the vty lines can you console in and fix it or if on the console can you telnet or ssh in?

Short of that you may have to do it with the password recovery procedure (if it applies to the platform):

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/routers/2800-series-integrated-services-routers/112033-c2900-password-recovery-00.html

Hope this helps

Actually , I did this in cisco packet tracer while playing with the global configuration commands.

I have used these commands:

line vty 0 15

password vty

login

exec-timeout 0 1

I didn't created any telnet / SSH sessions .

And I don't know how to console in(As you mentioned in the reply form).

Hello,
When you log in, keep typing on the down arrow while you reconfigure this setting.
