GSR Diag Failure

Hello all ...

I have a problem in GSR12410 when diag is started. The diag command return the "malfunction" status (the error occour because de diag ios are wrong) but i need to use the connections on this line card.

How can I turn the line card operational without reload the GSR ?

You can try reloading the line card by issuing the following command and see if it solves the issue:

hw-module slot reload
