help me,NM-30DM+NM-1CE1U+3600

the problem is :if just one user is online, everything is ok,but when the 2nd user dialer in,the first user can't ping or access any computers(include the access server),but still connecting,if the second user disconnect the line, the first user can ping and access computers again.that's so strange,I use NM-30DM+NM-1CE1U+3661 or NM-30DM+NM-1CE1U+3640,the same result.I also upgraded the ios, even the newest one (is-mz.123-4.T.bin),also failed.

the current config is:

Hi,

do you have this problem with analog dialin, isdn, or both?

Can you post a "debug ppp negotiation" of 2 users dialing in?

regards

Herbert

Hello,

what happens if you put those two commands under your interface Group-Async1:

peer default ip address pool 3661

--> instead of no peer default ip address

async mode interactive

--> instead of async mode dedicated

Regards,

GP

I have tried "peer default ip address pool 3661",but it is the same with "no peer default ip address",I will try "async mode dedicated",any suggestions else?

and for upstairs,I use debug ,but everthing seems ok,and both isdn&anlog meet the problem.after the second user dialer in,the first user can't ping ,I show the async interface, both the interface and its line protocol are up,and can see the route via "sho ip route" command, but just can't ping and access, help!

I have tried these two things, there all all useless, anything else?

I would try eliminating the "ip unnumbered Loopback0" and the "no peer default ip address" commands from the group-async interface. All IP information should come from the Dialer interface instead of the physical interface.

We recently added a server gateaway. Our ISDN line automaticaly connects and i don't

understand why! It was the same before we buy the server.

In French system, you pay each time it connects so, it's a problem for us. Can you help us

please to understand what happend in this traffic. btw: i've got a routeur cisco 803, but

the debug command only give me messages like this: Dial on demand packets/events debugging

is on! So i can't know who connects and when!

Thanks for your cooperation.

thanks first,i will "no ip address" in group-async1,but how to eliminate "no peer default ip address"?

Now that you mention it, it might go away immediately when you remove IP from the interface, with the "no ip address" command.
