I am trying to get a Ubee modem to go into Dual-IP mode. The CMTS is already configured and I have a DOCSIS file uploaded to the CMs that work. They are online and registered with DHCP ipv4 addresses.
I have been reading and following the IPV6 on Cable guide from Cisco and I have already configured the CMTS and enabled TLV 202 & TLV 202.1 (Dual IP Mode) on the DOCSIS file, yet a "show cable modem verbose" shows Dual-IP:N no matter what I do. Also note a "show ipv6 neighbors" does show the CM so I know ipv6 is working, it's just that the CM does not go into Dual-IP mode. I have attached the CMTS backup. Any help is appreciated.
CMTS IOS version is: Version 12.2(33)SCF3
