How can I restore cisco 2960s corrupt ios?

Hi All,

I tried to upgrade the ios software through tftp server and somehow the switch's ios is corrupted. I am unable to boot. This is what I get. How can I recover from this?

You can push the IOS via a USB thumb drive.
