How can I see,if SDRAM or DRAM is used

Hello,

Simple question about cisco2600XM Series. Sh version show me the mem size. But which command shows me, if there is a SDRAM or DRAM installed.

Ruedi,

I am unaware of a command which can tell you that. But I can tell you this - All 2600s use DRAMs. All 2600XM's use SDRAM.
