How to "Control" traffic in AVC technique.

Hi Experts,

Recently, I am interesting in Cisco AVC solution.

I knew that it using some technique together to get traffic visibility, like NBAR and NetflowV9.

But I have no idea  how to "Control" the traffic in AVC.

Is there must have some pre-defined QOS?

Can I use some dynamic policy to control traffic according to the consumption of traffic on interface ?

Now I know I must manually set the "control" base on netflow information, thanks.
