IEEE 802.3y

We are wired with Cat3 cabling and I want to get 100Mb/s...so I found this standard and want to know if the Catalyst switches (4000 and 6000) support IEEE 802.3y (100base-T2)? The encoding for this is PAM 5x5. I called 3Com and asked them if thier NIC's support this and they have told me they do. What I would like to know is how I can get this to work with the Catalyst switches.

Thank you,

Mike Burley
