I receive the following message on my Cisco Catalyst 5505 switch.
Sup III with 4 port 100 MMF ports
9 port Gigabit module
24 port 10/100 module
Error Message: %SYS-4-P2_WARN: 3/Invalid traffic from multicast source address ff:0f:e0:ff:0f:e0 on port 3/59
Anyone have an idea?
I don't have a port 3/59.

I'm having the same exact problem. Exept I get the error on port 4/59. Mod 4 is a 9 port gig card.
All the suggestions I find would work if the error was comming from a real port.
