Hello,
I'm looking for the URL for naming convention of ios images.Example: cat4000-k8.xxxxx; what means letter 'k'? I have such a document printed two years ago, but looking for a actual document.
Thanks in advance

I do not have a document handy but beginning 7.x all images have k8 or k9. k8 is k8 is low-grade encryption (64 bit or lower). k9 is a crypto image and provides ssh support.
Hope this helps

Hello together,
I just visited the URL's, but no news. What I'm looking for is a description for the 'feature letters' as j,i,k and so one in a table. But I guess, I will find it on ios-download pages as well, after selection of a version.
That's fine. Thanks for help.
