How do I upgrade IOS on ASR 1002X?
ISSU or set the boot variable and reload. It is standalone switch no redundant peers available.
Current version: asr1002x-universalk9.03.07.03.S.152-4.S3.SPA.bin
Target version: asr1002x-universalk9.03.07.05.S.152-4.S5.SPA.bin
License Level: adventerprise
License Type: Permanent
Next reload license Level: adventerprise

If it is a standalone, just change the boot variable. There is no need of ISSU, there will be always downtime as there is no redundancy.
