ISC 3.0 ServiceProvider vs Enterprise

Is there any difference between ISC 3.0 Service Provicer and Enterprise release regarding software features?? Is it the same software with a different license only?? Would it be required to reinstall software to upgrade from Enterprise to Service Provider or is it only a matter of install a new license to the same software???

As far as the Cisco IOS softwares are considered, definitely there will be lot of differences in the Enterprise edition and the Service Provider edition. Actually they will be totally different softwares. The difference will be the features they support. I feel, its the same will the ISC sofware also. And its not that you need to upgrade it with some part of the software, it will be totally new installation of the new software.
