Hello,

your output indicates that there is a problem with the IP Input process. This can be caused by various things, check this document for detailed info:

Troubleshooting High CPU Utilization in IP Input Process

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/routers/ps359/products_tech_note09186a00801c2af3.shtml

It might also be a software bug - which IOS version are you using ?

recently there have been a few viruses going about generating a large amount of small packets causing high CPU and and memory problems

check CPU and input queues on interfaces, if high you can locate the devices using debug or ip accounting
