Large amount of Output drops in Cisco 4510R

I have 2 Cisco 4510R switch (core1 & Core2) connected to a Cisco 3500xl switch (distribution) via gigabitEthernet. The Cisco 3500

The Cisco 3500XL is trunk to some Cisco 2924 switches (access).

However, there are some servers that are connected on this Cisco 3500XL switch.

I encounter output drops on the Cisco 4510R port that is connected to the Cisco 3500XL switch on Core1 (4510R).

What could be the problem here ??

There may be congestion on the link or possily an interface/cabling fault.
