Minifabric / APIC Suscription / License ( Spine and Leaf)

Im trying to configure two differentes solutions of SPINE and LEAF APIC:

1.- Minifabric 

2.- APIC-Cluster-M2

My question are:

1.-., For the Minifabric solution is suitable support the advance licensing and include the remote leaf .

2.- For the APIC-Cluster -M2 , is neccesay the Suscription license? and for these one is for each server of  cluster that means 3??

For the last question means : Must need the APIC-CLUSTER-M3 a suscription license ?

In case to be possitve the answer , is necesary one license for server , or is one license for cluster??
