nam 2 failed to come online

Worked like a champ for weeks. One weekend, started sputtering with intermittent output to the web interface...then died. I can boot into the maintenance image,but I have no access. Do not know if it is id10t admin error with passwords or something I am missing A standard boot gives me: %SYS-3-MOD_FAIL:Module 2 failed to come online. Mod 2 faulty. Now what?

What is the software version running on the NAM-2?.

Run a full hw diagnostics to see if it shows any errors. First do "set boot device cf:1 mem-test-full" then reset the NAM. Once it comes back up again do "show boot device " to see the results. This should tell if there's any hardware issues with the NAM
