Network traffic measurment on netflow

Hi

Is the Netflow captures one way traffic. For example if i need to capture traffic

from a host connected to a flow enabled router can this capture both way traffic?

The problem is when we fix a equipment (packeteer) to the

same network and monitor the traffic from the same host is almost double

Or the packeteer measures differently?
