New Switch Doesn't Show in Cluster Manager

I added 4 new switches to the LAN but only 3 show up in Cluster Manager. They're all configured the same except with different IP addresses.

Any suggestions on how to get the rogue to show up?

Hello Tony,

what switches are those ? 2900, 3500, 3550 ? Not sure what you have already tried, but are you using the correct username/password ? Is the HTTP port set to 80 ?

Does the HTML directory on the switch have all of the necessary files ?

Check this link for further troubleshooting info:

The switches are C-2950s. I can telnet to the switch fine. I can also manage the switch via the web interface. All the switches have the same password.

I've compared the config of the one switch that doesn't show up in CM to the ones that do and they're the same with the exception of the unique IP addresses of each.

Check the VTP domain and passwordon the new switches.

VTP domain and passwords are not configured on any of the switches.
