No Resources to Open New Connection - Telnet

I was able to telnet into another Cisco 3750 switch from a Cisco SG300 switch. Then next day I cannot. I receive the message:  "No Resources to Open New Connection."

I thought maybe the switch is being overworked and I did a show cpu utilization which showed on 15% cpu usage for all three metrics.

Maybe my previous telnet sessions are still open for some reason? How would I know?

Thank you,

Answered my own question.

At the priveleged-exec prompt I entered resume X where X = the session number. The session number can be found from the show sessions command.

BTW, to avoid stale telnet sessions tying of resources, you can either have an inactivity timer that will close the session and/or use keep alives.
