On one of my Cat2950 switches, running IOS 12.1(13)EA1, when I try to copy my running config to startup I get the following warning:
"% Warning: Saving this config to nvram may corrupt any network management or security files stored at the end of nvram.
Continue? [no]:"
This is the first switch I have come across (and we have many 2950s with the same IOS) like this. How can I fix this?
Thanks, in advance.

The situation you describe should not normally occur. If happens incidentally, do the following:
write erase
DO NOT RELOAD!! instead issue the command:
wr
This reinits your nvram. If it happens frequently, I'm afraid the only solution is to replace the switch.
