After install QPM 3.1 and tryed to open QPM i recived next message-

QPM Error
There is a connection problem with the PDP server or the PDP service still have not been initiated.
Probable cause:
QPM was opened prior to the PDP service startup.
Recommended solution:
Close the web browser and reopen QPM from the CiscoWorks desktop.
If the problem persists, Log out of QPM and CiscoWorks (if the logout process fails, close all the web browser windows) and restart the QPM server.
If the problem still persists, run the QPM Diagnostic Tool on the QPM server to create log files for troubleshooting, and consult your system administrator.

Sometimes when you open the browser when all the services haven't started yet, you may get that error message.
Have you ever been able to access the box?
