boson.com has a config reg tool at

http://www.boson.com/promo/utilities.htm

I tried it and it listed the console baud rate as 57600

results:

NVRAM config will be used

Break key Enabled, after IOS load

Console Baud: 57600

Use filename: cisco14-4000 for tftpboot (on 4000 series)

Try changing the baud rate on your pc to 57600
