Recover admin password from a CWW 6.0

I need to rever the admin password from a CWW 6.0 instalation. Does any one know how?

- Launch Whats Up Gold

- Goto "Configure >Web Server >Users

- Select "admin" and change the password under "User Security Settings" to admin or what ever you want to.

- Click OK to save the changes.

- Login normally using login as "admin" and password as admin or what ever you changed it to above.

Thank you, now that you gave me that information I noticed that the password is correct but I still cannot log in. What is strange is that in the login window the word "cookies" appears with a crossed circle instead of a check mark.

Have you enabled to accept all cookies in your web browser?

I have IE 6.0 and I went to Tool, Internet Options, Privacy and I tried allowing all cookies but it didnot work.

Is there something else I need to do?

I have the same problem, and it is only with IE6. Using another browser (Firefly) cookies are enabled.
