Removing malformed device names from suspended

Hi.....

One of our analysts submitted a malformed device name that included special characters {$* into RME. We can not delete the devices from the suspended devices list.

We tried going through the GUI, as well as using deleteDevice.pl, has anyone else run into this and been able to remove the devices ?

Currently running CW2K - RME 3.4, CMF 2.1, CM3.2 IDU v 1, I will be upgrading to IDU v 3 over the weekend

Typically we use the csv import facility.

You may need to run a db query to remove this device from the db directly. Contact TAC for this.
