Is your question regarding MSFC synchronization or removing routes? If its the former, what type of redundancy are you running? If it is SRM or DRM with config sync, the configuration will get synchronized when you issue a wr mem on the designated MSFC. If it is DRM without config sync option, you will need to manually make changes on both MSFCs.
For removing a route, just use the "no" option for that route.
