RJ48 Cable for PA-4E1G-120

Hello,

I have a PA-4E1G-120 balanced card in a 7500, which has DB15 connectors. The carrier has provided an RJ48 presenation. Therefore, I need an E1 balanced cable from DB15 to RJ48.

The closest match I can find is the CAB-E1-PRI/NT, DB15 to RJ48C for connecting AS5200 E1 as Network Terminal. Will this cable work? I can't find a pinout for it.

Some further information is that at http://www.cisco.com/application/pdf/en/us/guest/products/ps2033/c2001/ccmigration_09186a00800c4bcc.pdf

in table 1.4 it mentions an RJ45 pinout for this PA, but I have RJ48. What is the difference between RJ45 and RJ48?

TIA

I cannot promise it will work, but here is some pinout information in case you don't have it already:

Isn't RJ48 the slightly flat connector you use in the UK for telephones, a bit like an RJ45 but flatter and with the locking barb at the side rather than the top?
