Are routing performance between VLAN-s different on SMI then on
EMI image on 3750g switch ? What can be benefit of
hardware unicast ,multicast routing and policy based routing ?

I dont remember on the top of my head but the major diffrence between SMI and EMI is the limited routing protocol options on the switch. I dont think so there will be any routing performance issue.
Hardware look-up is always faster then the software look-up so better performance.

The EMI version of code supports more routing protocols (OSPF, etc), but as far as straight routing between interfaces, they are the same speed.
