S, L, E make me confused..

Hi all,

I'm Korean Engineer.

I have a problem what the difference among S, L, E version.

At first time, I understood E(IP service), L(LAN Base), S(IP Base).

But I saw the WS-C2960-24-S's version is LAN Lite!

Although I know S is IP Base, but ... L2 switch is LAN Lite!

...maybe It is different from L2 switch's S,L,E version and L3 switch's S,L,E version?

What was worse, WS-C2970G-24T-E is LAN Base... even though it is E!

I'm very confused due to this issues...

Please teach me.

Thanks,

I think I recall, way back, "S" was used for Standard, and "E" for Enhanced (or Plus) features.  "L", I believe, came out later.  Perhaps consider it the Lite version.
