I want to enable the above command on a cat6500. Before i enable this command, where can i find out what sort of traps can i expect to see. Also, by setting the levels from 0-7, what sort of information can I gather.

For instance what infor i get about for the module if set the level to 2 and what info i get if set to level 5?

According to next document:

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/tech/tk648/tk362/technologies_configuration_example09186a0080094aa1.shtml#task3

you will only receive "moduleUp" and "moduleDown" traps

I'm not sure, but I think levels only apply to syslog messages, not to SNMP traps.
