sh access-list explaination requested

Hello,

On a Catalyst 3750 using release C3750-IPBASE-M), Version 12.2(25)SEB4.

It is used as a L3 router 2.

We applied some ACL with the "log" option.

When we do some "sh access-list".

Some time to time, after doing a "sh acces-list" the number of matched isn't displaied, like it is reseted or it is less then in the previous display.

Is this a normal behaviour ?

Is the number of matched only display regarding the number of matches for the last 60 seconds ?

Hi friend,

This is not a normal behaviour.

It should show you the full matches.

I would suggest you to open a TAC case and have it reported to the TAC. If you want you can even try to upgrade the IOS on the box to a latest one and see if it still exhibits the same problem. it should help you.If still the image upgrade doesnot solve the purpose then open the TAC case.
