Show flash command not working

I have a 2621 running c2600-i-mz.120-3.T3.bin. The show Flash command does not work. When I do a show hard the flash also does not display, yet the router says it loaded IOS from flash.

I have replaced the flash and up and downgraded IOS. Any ideas or do I have a hardware bug in this router.

There may be a version support problem with your memory. For example, the 32MB SIMM is not supported in 12.0 or 12.1 mainline.
