Stateful Nat with asymmetric routing

Hi,

I implemented snat but I do also have asymmetric routing when routing change due to an failure. I have read about the "NAT Stateful Failover for Asymmetric Outside-to-Inside ALG Support".

Does this feature also work for nat inside-to-outside mappings ?

Actually I do have a 12.3 main release IOS when this feature should work I must update to 12.3T IOS.

Hi,

From the document, it is valid for only outside-inside mappings. But I believe, by swapping your outside and inside interfaces in the configurations, you can configure what you desired.
